"I stayed for short getaway to relax. I loved this place so much, I got upgraded to balcony, check in staff were amazing, pleasant, always answering questions with a smile. From other reviews who complained about room, I was super satisfied with cleanliness. Room was beautiful. During the day while housekeeping was cleaning there was supervisor on the floor checking rooms to make sure they were cleaned correctly. That was the first time I saw this.
