I stayed at Han Caves Suites for 5 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The room was a good size and very clean with a big terrace. The dining area was also fine with an exceptional breakfast that was extremely generous, I had to ask the staff to stop bringing more dishes out as I didn’t want to be wasteful. You cannot beat the location of this property - it is right in the center of the old Goreme town where all of the hot air balloon descend to at dawn and you can get pretty close to them. It's got multiple terraces that have gorgeous view of the landscape, the town, and the hot air balloon. The rooms are fantastic as well. Amazing experience. Hotel staff very helpful, allowed us to check in early and catered for our needs in every way. Town is very peaceful and quiet, taxi to Gerome is 10 mins away. Would visit again.

The property is beautiful, very well managed and the entire family of the owners looks after the guests with complete personal involvement. The rooms are amazing and very beautiful with a cave like experience. The bathrooms are a sight. The breakfast is laid on the terrace which overlooks Goreme, where you can also enjoy a nice cuppa. If I ever return to Cappadocia I shall undoubtedly stay here.

Superb customer service from lovely staff; the indoor cave pool was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves; breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner. All in all, a top notch experience.

The exclusive penthouse room was an absolute delight to stay in. I was fortunate enough to be able to check in earlier than expected, which was a lovely start to my stay. This is a newly refurbished cave hotel with the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly and sort out any issues, like finding a place for a balloon flight, which seem to be like gold dust if you don't have an advance reservation. A beautiful hotel, ideally situated for watching the balloons (just a shame we didn't see them due to the weather when we were there)! The staff are very nice, especially the manager who takes time to come and speak to guests. The breakfasts are lovely, and the hotel is very clean. Fresh towels, toiletries and water were supplied each day. The view from the hotel is amazing. We would happily stay here again!
