"The host was excellent, very generous with her time, giving tips of the area and how to navigate around to maximise your time in Capadocia. Excellent breakfast and great views over the town. This is a slightly quieter area of Capadocia but easy and cheap to get to the main town. I would prefer to stay here and travel into the main town when required."

"It was so magical to stay at Ela cave house! The place is stunning and the area is so quiet, away from tourist and chaos. The staff is so lovely, and even if we didn’t speak the same language we communicated very well. Highly recommend it but a car is definitely needed!"

Guests, including ourselves, noted that the Deluxe Balcony room lacked privacy due to a bathroom door that doesn't fully close, which could be uncomfortable for couples or anyone sensitive to noise. "We enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel during our Cappadocia experience. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was actually tasty and well prepared. The room was clean. For a one night stay it was perfect. Our only issue is that as a small hotel, our driver from Kayseri airport and shuttle next morning for the balloon ride had difficulty finding it. We were a bit anxious as pick up time for balloon ride went by. Luckily we made it on time. I saw there were numerous other similar small hotels...

"Perfect spot for a trip around Cappadocia, it will be better if one has a car to get around but if you don't it might be a little difficult. The place and staff are great!!"

"The check-in was really easy. The person at desk helped get a quick parking and got us situated in our room despite 6 person in our party really quickly as well. Rooms were done nicely and pretty clean. WiFi was fairly decent as well. Overall, our 2 nights were very uneventful. Very satisfied. Will definitely come back to Butik 24."
