Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

"Great Vacation — RIU Santa Fe Did Not Disappoint! We had such a great time at RIU Santa Fe! First and foremost, this resort is CLEAN and that is extremely important to me when traveling. From our room to the restaurants, pools, walkways, and common areas, everything was consistently clean and well maintained. I constantly saw staff cleaning and taking care of the property throughout our stay. The staff was amazing. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. Whether we were heading to eat, walking around the resort, or just passing a staff member, we were always greeted with a smile. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference. Now let's talk about the food! 😂 I usually lower my expectations when it comes to food at an all-inclusive resort, but RIU Santa Fe surprised me. The food was actually delicious, with plenty of variety. We ate well the entire trip! My only recommendation would be the music at the RIU parties. The parties are a great concept and definitely bring the energy, but there was a little too much techno for us. I would love to see the DJs mix it up more and make the music more inclusive — some R&B, hip-hop, reggae, dancehall, Afrobeats, Latin, pop, throwbacks, and of course some techno too. A good mix would make the parties enjoyable for an even wider range of guests. Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation. Clean resort, delicious food, welcoming staff, good energy, and a beautiful atmosphere. RIU Santa Fe gave us a great experience."

"One of the best resorts we have been to in the past 12 years to Mexico. Adult-only Resort, considerably new, 3yrs old. It was modern and well maintained and staff were attentive. Rooms were modern style, no AC/water issues. Lobby bar was 24hrs. Buffett food was the best I have had at any all-inclusive resorts. They had a good variety of international Mexican and cuisine daily for lunch and dinner. Pools were great as well. Spa was affordable. If you like a medium size hotel where you can get to the pool, beach, gym, buffet/restaurant and bars within 5min then this is the resort for you. And it's close to the main party strip."

"Property nice and clean, good food except culinary restaurant do not book or go there is awful food but overall was great for price 2 rooms 2 full baths but the master room had no LOCK!!!! So too much for privacy if you have young kids 😩 La propiedad está bonita y limpia, la comida buena también excepto el culinario restaurante no vayan a ese!!! Pero en general el precio para 2 cuartos 2 baños no estuvo mal solo que no había puerta con candado en el cuarto principal! Osea no privacidad para aquellos que tenemos hijos jóvenes 😩 Beach nice location next to dolphin beach /playa buena locación alado de playa delfines I will consider come back in future Si consideraría regresar en un futuro"

"The staff was amazing, from the front desk, to the staff at all the restaurants and the activities staff. Mateo at the buffet was awesome. James and Daryk, the activities coordinators, were fabulous. The games were fun. The cleaning staff worked hard. The grounds crew kept the place well maintained. Everybody was kind and respectful. We had a great time celebrating my mom’s 88th birthday there."
