"The hotel is perfectly situated on University Blvd close to the restaurant and Bar scene. Beware if you arrive early thinking you can check in if they have room available, you can't unless you pay a $25 early check-in fee. There was no notice of this practice in the hotel description on Expedia. "

"Very clean hotel room. Customer service was excellent. During their breakfast and 5:30 dinner, food was great but there was no one cleaning tables as people got up and left. We stayed for two nights and I am pretty sure the hallways were never vacuumed! "
