The hotel was great. Nice and clean and well-maintained. Beautiful areas spectacular views. But the best of all was the service. Assunta stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel safely since we got lost. She was so, so, so amazing! Seriously, the location and the view were spectacular.

Our room faced the sea, excellent view and comfortable. The restaurant is very, very good, excellent food. Out of the door and straight onto the "shopping" mile, super good. Very friendly staff, can definitely recommend this hotel as an excellent stop-over.

Het hotel zou sluiten voor de winterperiode de dag na onze boeking. Dit vernamen we bij de receptie bij aankomst toen we een tweede nacht wilden boeken. Het hotel leek verlaten. Geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het restaurant zowel voor diner als voor ontbijt. We boekten de duurste kamer omwille van het prachtige uitzicht. Bij het betreden van de kamer was er geen warm water noch verwarming. Het was er meer dan kil, het was er koud. Na vraag werd het warm water aangezet maar we moesten twee keer vragen om de verwarming aan te zetten. In de morgen kon er 1 lauwe douche genomen worden maar voor een tweede douche was er geen water meer. Verre van een goede belevenis.

Hotel in pieno centro a Palinuro

Hotel molto curato in pieno centro a Palinuro. Le camere con vista golfo hanno meravigliosa vista sul mare con relativi tramonti. Vista che si può comunque godere anche dal bar e dalla zona colazione e ristorante. Dispone di parcheggio dedicato a lato dell'hotel. Molto bella la sala colazione con vista golfo

Quando a metà agosto non si trova altro.

In pieno agosto, ho trovato posto a Palinuro solo in questo albergo. Prezzo elevato, ma il marchio esposto mi rassicurava. Ci siamo trovati in una stanza poco più grande di un loculo con vista su un muro a due metri dall'unica finestra le cui imposte non funzionavano bene. La camera era arredata miseramente e priva di frigo-bar. In tre giorni di permanenza, forse in ossequio alla vocazion ecologica, non è stata mai cambiata la biancheria, non solo, ma neanche sono stati riordinati gli asciugamani, restati sempre così come li avevamo lasciati. Se si torna a tarda notte si trova la porta chiusa, con un cartello appeso che espone un numero di telefono da chiamare per sveglare il portiere di notte. Alla luce di tutto questo il rapporto qualità/prezzo risulta assolutamente inaccettabile.

Muito caro para o que oferece. O quarto para 3 pessoas é minúsculo e com cheiro de mofo. Abre-se a janela e vê-se o terraço da casa ao lado. A localização é boa. Café da manhã bom.

abbiamo trascorso due notti approfittando del ponte del 2 giugno albergo confortevole e moderno con vista mare magnifica ottimo servizio navetta per le spiagge e abbondante e varia la colazione la mia compagna è celiaca e quando saputo, malgrado il periodo festivo, si sono organizzati per i prodotti da colazione il risto è attrezzato con pasta senza glutine ci ritorneremo

Nice botanical experience

The hotel is in the centre of town and just a few blocks from a stand of the unique and rare Primula palinuri. The staff at the hotel was very involved in the protection of this species and gave us good information where to find more. The plants blooms in March. Lovely discussions with the staff about botany and the protection of biodiversity. A very nice hotel.
