We're excited to share this beautifully updated, mobility-friendly beach house!

We take much pride in providing an incredible experience to our guests and are always responsive!
Only 312 feet from (Covell’s) Craigville Beach in Centerville, just minutes from iconic Hyannis, this house is newly and beautifully renovated and updated. 4 bedrooms (3 queen: one has ensuite bathroom), and one bedroom that sleeps 4 (twin/queen bunk and an extra twin trundle), 3 bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower.
People with a disability, of any kind, will find the house accessible with 2 bedrooms that have 36 inch entries as well as plenty of walk/wheel space throughout common areas. No stairs to get in the front door, or in living space. The bathroom off the living room is ADA compliant with a ‘roll-in’ shower and shower bench available.

Updated kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, keurig, washer and dryer.

All common areas, except kitchen, have 11-foot expansive ceilings. Central air conditioning is included for your ultimate comfort, on those few days that the beach breeze is still.
You will find 2 gas fireplaces (one in living room and one in dining room).

Additionally, we have 2 HD televisions with expanded cable & streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max). High speed WiFi and WiFi-Printer also available for your use.

Gas grill and fire pit outside. Two beautiful patios: one for relaxing in front of fire pit and one for dining. Both the grill and the fire pit are connected to the house-gas-line, so no need to worry about running out of propane!

Limited water views: Did I mention it was across the street from Covell's Beach Parking (less crowded portion of Craigville Beach). It is also on a herring run with plenty of seasonal wildflowers throughout the yard, providing a natural habitat for your viewing pleasure. Butterflies and bunnies included. All beach chairs, cart, beach towels, and beach toys are available for use.
You will find parking for up to 5 cars!

*Well-trained pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee that will be due prior to your arrival.

The cleaning fee is an actual cost to us: While it may seem high at first glance, keep in mind that our cleaners are doing enhanced cleaning for 4 bedrooms, 3 common areas, 3 bathrooms. We pay our cleaners a living wage and with COVID19 enhanced cleaning they spend a long time, following strict protocols for your (and their) safety. We send all towels, sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers, pillow protectors, and extra blankets that are used to a professional laundry facility for extra cleaning protection.

Family getaway

This was the perfect location for our family. We were off the main road but close enough to the beach to go back and forth with an infant. We enjoyed many meals and played cards at the kitchen. table.

Thus property was perfect in every aspect! The owners thought of everything right down to s’more kit and wine! Gas fire pit was fantastic and location location location! Right across from Craigville Beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great location and beautiful property

Overall the house and property where great. The location really made the difference. A very short walk to the beach and they provided everything you would need. Chairs, cooler, wagon and umbrella. The outdoor dining area and fire pit were used every night. Just a great place to have a vacation.

Great beach house for our family of all ages!

My family which included my husband, 2 year old and in-laws had a great time at “Across from the Beach”! Diane was very communicative which put me at ease in preparation for our trip. Upon arrival she had set out a bottle of wine and s’mores kit that was perfect for the fire pit. The location was great and the house is very well appointed and absolutely adorable! Thanks for a great little getaway!

Lovely home decorated for a classy beach vacation. Kitchen had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Outdoor seating and firepit were perfect for gathering. The house was perfect for our family to stay in while we had a wedding at the beach. It was a cozy, warm cottage with plenty of space and everything we needed. Just wish we had more time to actually spend at the beach but it was still so fun! Perfect location, I would love to come back someday!

Location unbeatable, across from beach (less than 5 min walk); parking for 6 cars at home. Owners very responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve minor inconvenient issue. Clean and well stocked home (kitchen, bed rooms, baths, beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys!) with Central AC!!

The best VRBO in Cape Cod

The house is absolutely perfect and truly had everything we needed! You can tell how much thought and care Diane and Michael put into accommodating their guest, as everything we could possibly think of was provided! The beds were so comfortable, the close location to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was definitely an added bonus for easily washing the sand off of the kiddos! We shared many laughs around the firepit and appreciated the extra thoughtfulness of the provided s'mores and wine! Highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Great Vacation Spot!

What a lovely home away from home this place is. The hosts thought of everything. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen, beautiful wildflowers that surrounded the cottage and the nesting pair of Osprey we could see from our yard. The weather wasn’t great but we were very comfortable in this well laid out and spacious house. Would definitely love to return to this 5 star rental.

Sunny family Fourth celebration.

This little beach ranch house was perfect for our family of eight to stay. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was just the space we needed. Had great amenities. Cute decor! Yard was beautiful. And only a half a block from the beach. We loved the fire pit. The little one had to make s’mores. The property owners were the nicest and most accommodating of any we have ever dealt with. We highly reccomend booking your beach/ Cape getaway at this home!

Intergenerational family gathering a success!

We had a great time celebrating my dad's 70th birthday party. We were looking for a home that was wheel chair accessible, kid-friendly and open to dogs. While a tall order, this house met our needs on all counts. In addition, the rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. It also had comfortable beds, quality linens, and nice kitchen supplies and serving ware I felt good about using for such a special occasion (where we cooked a lot!). This is a high-quality rental that I'd be excited to visit again and readily recommend to others.

Birthday Week for me and my grandson.

It was wonderful spending time with my children and grandchildren. It was the best 70th Birthday Week. On Monday we had a New England Lobster Bake with all the trimmings. Local lobster was the best. Even with some of the days being cold and rainy (typical New England May weather) we were able to find plenty to do. Evenings spent playing family games. Mae lots of memories. You should stay in this house for your Cape Cod vacation!!

This house is even better than advertised. We absolutely loved it! The house is right out of a magazine or an HGTV show. Lots of space, great light, beautiful colors and decor. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are super comfortable (and there are plenty of them), the door lock system is easy and the two out door spaces are great. Just steps from the beach and very close to Four Seas Ice Cream, the 1857 Store, play ground, etc. Centerville is great and Diane was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. You'll love this house!

Across from the Beach

Beautiful kept home in quiet neighborhood. The property owner put so much detail in the home and provided many amenities including toiletries and kitchen supplies. They provided all linens, ample towels and even beach towels and beach chairs. The home exceeded our expectations especially the accessibility for my adult daughter who is wheelchair dependent. She easily maneuvered throughout the home and property in her motorized chair. Loved the convenience of the beach across the road. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of heaven.

Best beach house at Craigville

Super clean and fully stocked beach house, great for families as it’s across the street from the beach. Great neighborhood to stroll at night or let the kids ride their bikes. This house literally has everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable & convenient. Beach toys, wagons, towels & s’mores kit to name a few. One of our cousins came to the beach for the day with his Tesla and was able to charge it while he was here right in the driveway. I’ve rented other houses in this neighborhood and Diane & Michaels property is by far the best! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Excelllent stay “Across From The Sea!”

What an idyllic spot for a family vacation to the Cape! We stayed during April vacation week with our three boys (18,14,12) and our dog and found everything we could want and more! The hosts were very communicative and made our stay from beginning to end easy and well organized. The house is lovely with an open seaside feel and space for everyone to find privacy or togetherness. The location can’t be beat! Directly across the street from Covell/Craig like Beaches but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Five-10 minutes from downtown Hyannis, it’s perfect for exploring all the Cape has to offer. We loved our day trips to Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard and ended our stay with Pirate Cove mini-golf. Flying kites on the beach, long sunset walks, fresh lobster from Cape Fish and Lobster, this was a perfect week and we look forward to rebooking!

Fantastic home away from home

I cannot say enough great things about this house. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience! Communication with the host about the property was so easy, they made me feel comfortable even before we got there. The house is immaculate, room for a good amount of people and very cozy. There is a great book that was kept on the desk that has all the information about the house. We referred to it a few time throughout our stay. This house has all you need for a beach getaway. From chairs, towels, a beach wagon, umbrellas.. all you need to bring is yourself! We loved the location and the house so much that we booked another weeks for next year! Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful home! Such a great mini vacation!

A Nice Getaway in Cape Cod

We had an amazing time while visiting Cape Cod. The home was well maintained & clean upon our arrival. Everything you could possibly need was cleaned and ready for use. It is in the perfect location as it is right across from the beach. Additionally, it is a short drive to Hyannis for those looking to go into town or to catch a ferry to Nantucket. Our hosts made us feel very welcomed and were incredibly helpful. The bottle of wine as well as the makings for s’mores were a nice treat! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to Cape Cod!

Amazingly accessible

This property says it is wheelchair accessible and it is! My wheelchair bound father never travels because hotels/houses claim to be wheelchair accessible but never are. We were so happy to stay in a beautiful beach house with a roll- in shower and spacious rooms so close to the beach. He had no trouble using the bathroom facilities and could quickly roll In and out of the front door. The owners were so kind to speak with and their were many amenities included. We will be back!
