"Parking was definitely easy. However I am disappointed with our stay. I paid extra to stay in a room with a fireplace. Unfortunately our fireplace was not working. Tried to contact the front desk only to find out iur room phone did not work. During our stay I noticed some bugs. Mainly ants. When I went to the front desk to check out I was not greeted and the lady at the desk didn’t bother to ask how my stay was. The gentleman who checked me in the night prior was such a delight. I’m sad to say this property is not my favorite. I won’t be returning. "

"This is a very bare bones option for people on a budget. You do need to share a bathroom with other people on your floor, but if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room, it is a great option. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. "

"Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. Wine and cheese hour in the club room is lovely - the guests are friendly and good way to find out what else to explore in the area. The spa was a real highlight - sauna and a mineral soak after a busy sightseeing day was a real delight. We didn’t book treatments this time, but did take advantage of the jacuzzi and spa - great Asian vibe. We’re shoulder-season people and appreciate that P-town was just emerging from spring into the busier season…loved that the resort was busy but didn’t feel crowded. Location is great - everything is within walking distance. Huge thank you to Chris and the reception team for such a warm welcome, a truly gracious host - really appreciate the tips about what to see and when…we’ll absolutely be back again."
