I'm all honesty I should have done my research on this place. You would think directly behind Papadeaux and one block from Landmark would be nice. You would be wrong. Absolute dump. Unless you need to stay here long term avoid at all costs.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I feel like I have to in this case so I can warn anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay. I am honestly not sure how this place passes codes. First room they gave us had a sleeper sofa that had some sort of fresh stain and dirt and crumbs, smelled very odd, had electrical switch exposed where someone could see the live electrical wires, TV was completely broke (looked like someone hit it with a baseball bat) and carpet were dirty. Trash outside room on walkway had a used insulin syringe uncovered. Asked for another room. The guy gave us a new one that when you walked in you saw the bed looked like someone was actively staying there, had used towels on bed and bathroom sink. He offered us another one but said it would have a little smoke smell to it. We cancelled and he understood given shape of all three rooms. It’s not even that much cheaper that other better options that are close. Whether it’s staying for one night or multiple, there is no way this should be the place you choose.

The room was dirty and everything was broken. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Bathroom door, tub faucet, cabinets, bedside table, kitchen, everything. Constantly had people wandering around outside, so I slept with one eye open.

While we knew it wasn't going to be the nicest hotel, this hotel really shocked us with how bad it was. When we arrived around 11pm, the door was locked and we had to wait about 20 min outside to be let inside to get the keys to our room. We walked to our room (they are all outside rooms which I wasn't aware of) late at night and the room smelled like smoke and was super old and rundown. Luckily we only had to stay there one night and left early in the morning. If I had booked more than one night I would've just left and gone somewhere else. I would not recommend staying here even though the price is really cheap. Not worth it

The room was cute, but definitely kind of rundown, especially for the area. It was in on top of that. There were a couple of blood stains on the comforter, decided not to stay the night. It ruined the trip and we decided to go home.

They didn't have the right room. The room wasn't clean. There was poop out Maude of our room. There was powder on the floor. Toilet ran. Crumbs all over. TV was cracked. Disgusting. My daughter accidentally left her brand new journal because we left to rapidly because we didn't feel like it was a safe place due to the cleanliness.

Room was extremely dirty and smelly. Worst place I have ever stayed. We went out for the day and when we came back all of our belongings had been moved out of our room and taken to the office. Staff was very difficult to work with.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I am requesting a refund. It was so gross and the furniture was blocking access to the bathroom kitchen. The couch looked like they took it off the side of the road trash. I can't even say how bad it was. The bathroom was gross and the shower had the walls falling off.
