The motel changed hands was subsequently remodeled. The walkways could use some repainting and the threshold around the elevator doors.
As for the room itself, it was clean. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. The drain in the shower is slow and doesn't drain fast enough for the shower head, do expect to be standing in water unless you shut off the water now and then. It may just be room #303 that I rented.
The check-in clerk was super nice and has some big plans for his future. Best of luck to him!
