We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the food. Don’t get me wrong there were plenty of options. The only issue was we found it bland and it lacked depth of flavour. The lemon cheese cake for instance didn’t have the correct texture and no lemon flavour (some sort of jelly on top). The Indian cuisine seemed like a token gesture and there was no option to add flavour i.e. sauces, spices.

Fantastic stay for 2 adults and 4 children at Concorde De Lux, nothing was too much and special mention to KADiR who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Pool and towels were always available and the beach is lovely. A huge variety of food and drink with premium brands on offer.

The room may not be as modern as expected for the price, and unfortunately, my bathroom was not clean. However, the staff was satisfactory, and while the hotel's location is a bit far from the shopping center, the food overall was quite good.

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic ..."
