Bei der Ankunft war vom Hotel aus nicht mal klar ob ich bezahlt habe oder nicht, ich hatte aber im Voraus bezahlt. Dann war nur der Zimmerschlüssel vorhanden kein Hausschlüssel, Hausschlüssel war noch auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft (obwohl relativ spät) noch nicht gemacht. Wurde dann so huschhusch gemacht. Bett war durchgelegen. Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Wenigstens ist Celle eine schöne Stadt und in der nähe gab es wirklich Top-Restaurants (Apache Steakhaus)

Wir waren nicht zufrieden, unhöflicher Service und laute Umgebung. Dazu wird man früher aus seinem Zimmer raus gebeten als man muss. Sehr schade

Nach einer eher unpersönlichen Begrüßung (ohne ein "Hallo" oder Fragen nach unserem Nachnamen) wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Das war klein aber gemütlich und mit einem sehr schönen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Unser Zimmer war ganz oben. Probleme gab es nur bei der Duschkabine und die Toilettenhalterung. Die Kabine ging nicht richtig zu und die Halterung könnte man so abnehmen aus leicht Plastik. Sonst war alles gut.

Greit nok, men forbedringsområder

Meget sentralt hotell, så dermed må det også påregnes noe støy. Men ha med øreplugger så går det fint. Alt du trenger i nærheten, og et sjarmerende lite hotell. Stort rom. Vi spiste ikke frokost der, så kan ikke uttale oss om det. Men de har noen forbedringsområder. Vi mottok en vanlig mail noen dager på forhånd fra hotels.com slik som en alltid gjør, men der stod det ingenting om senest innsjekk. Men vi så at det var et lite hotell, så vi sente en mail om at vi ankom ca 21 tiden. Fikk hyggelig svar at det var ingen problem, bare å ta kontakt med et hotell 100 m unna som de også tydeligvis eide, så hjalp de oss. Noen timer senere får vi ny mail av en annen ansatt, som tydelig ikke visste at mail allerede var besvart. Da fikk vi svar at vi måtte betale 10 Euro siden vi kom så sent og det ble ekstra arbeid for de. Dette ble vi veldig overrasket over. Vi hadde jo ikke fått noe beskjed i forkant når fristen for innsjekk var. Men pengene ble aldri nevnt igjen da vi kom. En annen ting de mangler er et "do not disturb" skilt til å henge på døren. Renholdspersonalet er altfor ivrige, og låser opp og kommer inn i full fart og en står gjerne halvnaken. Dette er kritikkverdig. Her har en gjerne vært på lang reise og ønsker sove, og særlig når en ikke har bestilt frokost. Dette ble litt useriøst, vi opplevde de kom inn brått begge dagene. Vi ønsket ingen rene håndkler eller rengjøring, og da må man kunne henge opp et skilt utenfor døren så en kan få sove i fred.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel med meget imødekommende vær

Meget venlig og imødekommende vært. Super hyggeligt hotel til pengene. Beliggende midt i byen. OBS parker i p hus ca 150 meter væk. Det kostede 4 euro og var nemt. Morgenmad var på et andet hotel et par meter hen af gaden. Det var ganske udemærket.

Dejligt sted

Vi havde bare en enkelt nat op Hotel Village, på vej hjem fra vores interrail-tur gennem Europa, og det alt var som det skulle være. Vi blev modtaget af en rigtig venlig medarbejder, som hjalp os til rette. Værelset var stort, fint og rent med en dejlig seng - man skal dog lige være opmærksom på, at der ikke er aircondition, så i højsommeren kan det godt blive varmt. Personalet er dog fuldstændig klar over dette og spurgte meget ind til temperaturen og om det havde været okay da vi tjekkede ud.
