"Place was clean and quiet. We had a hard time sleeping, but I think that was on us. We didn't get to have breakfast here because we had to hit the road."

"Of all of the hotels I stayed at on my short 9 day vacation...this one was the best. Well maintained, friendly staff, very clean and well serviced room ( no light bulbs out). They had an excellent breakfast included in the cost of this hotel room. A huge selling point for travellers. They provided free snacks... Chocolate chip cookies plus a cup of buttery twist pretzels ( give me the name brand, I will buy them) and a lemon ice water...plus... After 5:00pm they served a delicious corn chowder with crackers ( free) ...plus free coffee at the front desk. The way to man's heart is his through his stomach. At check out time in the morning they hung a gift bag on my door knob. It had mini bags of Miss Vickie's jalapeno kettle chips, Mother's chocolate chip cookies, sunflower seeds kernels, a chocolate mint candy, a Lemonhead candy, and a Green Apple Tootsie Roll plus two cork monogram coasters with the hotel name. A classy parting gift from any hotel. Stay at this place!!! It is worth the money! Thank you to the managers and staff of this hotel. Outstanding !!!."

"Great, unique spot. Good location, in walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars. The room was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the large TV, the modern bathroom, and the full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. The check in process was odd since there is no lobby or front desk, I had to check the Expedia app to find a message from the host which contained instructions for accessing the room. And the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and took a LONG time to get hot, which the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5. But overall, great place and I would stay here again"

"Clean and just as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication was excellent.2 things were not great and that is why I couldn’t give 5 stars. 1. The room was close to the entrance door that slammed really loud anytime anyone entered or left the building. Not fun when it’s 10 or 11 o’clock at night or 6 in the morning. It was very startling. We tried very hard not to allow it to slam when we entered and left. 2. The shower is an issue as it only has a curtain which is way too long and in order to keep water from hitting the floor the bottom must be folded in which makes it smaller than it already is and there is no room to move. I am 5’3” and 135lbs and not large by any means and the shower was too small. The outside door should have a slow or self closing hinge so that it doesn’t disturb others. Not sure how you can fix the issue with the shower without moving the curtain higher on the wall and possibly getting water in the floor. Possibly adding doors might be an option. The slamming door was more of an issue than the shower due to my husband being a combat veteran and an expected noise like that does not bode well for him."

"Very helpful staff. Surprise! No elevator. Luckily she gave us a first floor room-otherwise we would have had to go somewhere else. Rooms, especially the bathroom needs updating."
