The male receptionist was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and obstructive. The lady receptionist was welcoming friendly and helpful. There appeared to be no shops supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Local bus connections to the city centre were good and only cost 1.20€

Dated interior and overpriced for what it is. Paid $250 EUR and was assigned an interior facing room with windows that faced the public corridor / elevator waiting area. Should have been half the price. Worse hotel of the trip in the price range across Madrid, San Sebastian, and Santander. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
