Relaxing Holliday's surrounded by nature, but nearby great culture.
Comfortable house with a lovely swimming pool and a great view in a beautiful and calm environment. We just had not the beautiful weather we hoped to have and the swimming pool could be a bit more cleaned.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is very well equipped with all one would need. It is obviously the holiday home of a family, which makes it much more friendly and welcoming than a rental property.
The villa is very comfortable, the pool is beautiful and the area is quiet and Very attractive.
Barbara, the manager, was very helpful. The Directions to the locations to the villa which challenging.
The house was perfect for 3 couples, well equiped. Kemp You need a car for visiting the towns nearby and for the supermarket. The house is on a wonderful walking and biking road and at 10 minutes walk just opened the pont-café for coffee in the morning and spareribs in the evening. Barbara answered immediately at all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much
We had a lovely experience. Property was well-maintained and very comfortable, hosts were excellent. We came during the heat wave and the pool was our saviour as, typical of the region, there is no air conditioning. Would absolutely come and stay again!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location
We had a lovely two weeks here. The villa is in a gorgeous location with a cycle path running behind it, perfect for evening or morning walks. There is a restaurant and mini market about 20 minutes walk away which is great if you don't want to drive to one of the lovely nearby towns but they are well worth driving to. The views from the pool are gorgeous and our boys loved picking the grapes from the vines at the bottom of the garden.

Lovely property in beautiful area
A very spacious, comfortable traditional property in an amazingly beautiful part of Italy. Very well equipped - everything you could need is provided - beach towels a real bonus!! On top of a hill so wonderful panoramic views and a gentle breeze to cool the 30 degree plus heat we experienced. Fantastic pool. So many lovely town nearby to visit. Great local shop for provisions.
Property very clean, cleaners that came half way through our visit were excellent + very thorough.
Jackie was very helpful with any queries.
The only downsides were the very potholed track leading to the villa, and garden/land surrounding pool not at all grassy like photos + very rough/ploughed over, not really suitable for a walk around or sitting on.
We had an amazing holiday at this villa. It is in an extremely quiet location. There are virtually no neighbours or anybody else around so if it is peace and quiet you’re after, this is the place. The location is quite difficult to find so make sure you have a confident driver as the access tracks are very basic. The villa itself is very comfortable. Every room has a ceiling fan but that said, it was extremely warm at night and we did have some problems sleeping but don’t let that put you off. The swimming pool is absolutely fantastic and there is a pool house containing a shower and toilet and various games. This is invaluable and we tended to use the shower in there rather than the one in the house. The kitchen and lounge contain everything you could need and there is a barbecue outside on the terrace at the front. I would like to thank Barbara, who manages the property and kept in contact with us after accompanying us to the property on the first day through a WhatsApp group. She provided fantastic advice, was extremely friendly and always answered our questions by text messaging quickly. In terms of location and visiting various attractions in the area, the villa is very well located. It is 45 minutes from the airport and the same distance from the coasts. The local mini market is five minutes away by car (not walkable) and there is an excellent supermarket in the town of Martina Franca which is a 15-minute drive. There is so much to see and do within a one-hour drive. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me (jblackbourn@hotmail.com)
We had a truly wonderful stay for a week in the Villa Bella Collina.
The villa is in a very quiet location - that's what we were looking for. On a hill, so you can see olive trees all around you. You can also see, from the roof terrasse, further away some of the nice towns located around the villa.
The swimming pool is big and lot of fun for our baby.
The villa itself is very well equipped, furnished kitchen with everything you need.
We received a very warm welcome from the team of Puglia Holidays Rentals and they remained available throughout the stay if needed.
Overall a great experience, highly recommended

Comfortable villa with a great view!
This is a really comfortable and very well equipped house with loads of space and many thoughtful extras - lots of kitchen equipment and cook books, inflatables for the pool, table tennis, basketballs and a hoop, plentiful fruit trees to help yourself to and best of all, a huge pool! It is nicely furnished inside (don't be put off by the rather simple exterior). There are wonderful walks available from the doorstep and Jackie and Sheree are very helpful. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed visiting the attractive nearby towns.

A wonderful stay in a wondeful place.
Villa Bella Collina is beautifully situated at the top of a hill. This gives fantastic views and also a lovely cooling breeze, which is very welcome in the Puglian heat. The views from the roof are amazing and we loved going up there during our stay. The villa is large, spacious and extremely well equipped. I have never stayed in a holiday villa with such a well equipped kitchen before - there was even a knife sharpener!
The pool was beautiful and really big too. We just loved it. The outdoor poolhouse with toilet, shower and a fridge for drinks was really useful.
Jackie from Puglia Homes was fantastic and I would recommend booking through them just for the terrific customer service. Any little queries were answered immediately and she was really friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

Perfect Family hideaway base on top of the hill
We had a relaxing and wonderful stay at Villa Bella Collina.
Informative and friendly welcome. Jackie sorted a small hiccup with the water during our stay promptly.
The Kids were ecstatic with the pool and inflatables provided, so were we. The olive grove and fruit trees (figs, pears, apples, grapes, almonds) has ripe fruit that we enjoyed.
Well kept tidy and clean throughout. Rooms were spacious and kitchen equipped well enough for us to cook lovely fresh produce from Martina's market. The villa is set on a hill so benefits from a breeze even in the heat and also means you have great 360 view, especially from the roof terrace. At night we had the vista of the heavens and were lucky enough to see firework displays in Locotorondo & Ceglie Messapica.
Martina Franca is beautiful, as is the surrounding countryside and other local towns. Cafe Galante is great local store or place to pick up a very nice lunch.
We will definitely return in the future.

Wiggers' review
Our stay was a lovely one. We were asked wether we wanted an early check in, how wonderful! At arrival Jackie Lear explained everything very nicely and she gave very good tips what to do and what to visit in Puglia. And we did!
The villa was very clean, tidy and spacious. And the pool was really very clean too and had crispy cold water, a must in hot Puglia.
If we come again, we certainly will visit this villa!!!! Thank you Jackie for all your information and printing our flight tickets, super!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area - è perfetto!
I stayed at this beautiful villa last summer with friends and enjoyed the generous facilities/equipment, clean and easy living spaces and helpful attention of the local and very knowledgeable agent. The pool is well kept and a delight to relax around- pool bathroom really handy to save going indoors- and it has a fridge for cold drinks! This location is brilliant for evening trips into any of three nearby towns- or you can just walk/cycle down to the local shop/ bar which is fun. We plan to be back!

What a stunning location we found Bella Collina to
What a stunning location we found Bella Collina to be in! Gazing out over the green Valle d'itria from the roof terrace, watching the pink and orange sunset in a darkening deep blue sky, glass in hand, it is hard to imagine a more tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. While the rest of the family get on with a bbq in the spacious and varied outdoor areas, with gorgeous food from local markets, you can see the White cones of the old trulli houses and the rough stone walls fade gradually in the balmy dusk. For me this was the most magical part of our holiday and and one of those memories that you keep with you for a very long time. A very special place.

Great villa with fabulous pool
We stayed in Villa Bella Collina with another couple in June and it was a great place for a house party. It is very well set up - fabulous pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and charming patios for al fresco dining. Set in its own olive grove with spectacular panoramas of the countryside, you can enjoy walking/cycling around the surrounding area. And then by car there are loads of local treasures to explore - we particularly enjoyed the local markets and the evening passagiato around Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie. And look out for the local festas - the Italians certainly know how to party!
