A comfortable apartment located in a historic building right in the centre of Ceglie Messapica, equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a convenient area, within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, with plenty of restaurants and all the essential amenities. It is also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 minutes from its beautiful marina. The Ceglie train station is a 10-minute walk away.



The approximately 40-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is one step at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and conventional oven

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, closet, split A/C, and smart TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed in an alcove

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a clothes rack (PLEASE NOTE: There is NO door)

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Nestled among trulli and olive groves, Ceglie Messapica is one of the largest villages in the beautiful Val d’Itria and one of the oldest towns in all of Puglia. Located in a unique area, it boasts a wealth of natural beauty, from the Mediterranean scrub to the nearby sea, from the trulli to the caves, to the centuries-old olive groves and historic farmsteads. There are also numerous monuments: the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, the town’s main place of worship, and the Ducal Castle with its beautiful Norman Tower dating back to 1100, to name just a few. Also not to be missed is an excursion to the Montevicoli Caves, rich in stalactites and stalagmites that form whimsical shapes, which can also be visited at night.
