Cedar Springs Shopping Plaza

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms were filthy. The sheets were dirty and there was a dirty footprint in the tub, so we asked for a clean room. They took us to a second room that was somehow worse. We asked to cancel, but they insisted they take us to a third room. It had feces in the toilet and food on the floor. They refused to give us our $ back when we tried to cancel. We went elsewhere and will continue to fight them for our money back. The hotel was filthy. Avoid it at all costs.

The check in process was great! The ladies were nice, everything went very smooth. Upon getting into our first room, we had a very different experience. There was a used hand towel sitting on the bathroom counter, and there was a considerable amount of mold around the ceiling vent above the bed. So I went back down to check in and informed them of the issues, and requested a different room. One of the ladies that was there said they unfortunately had no other available rooms, but she could call their sisters hotels to see if they did. So I waited for maybe 10 minutes, she came back out and said they were able to work something out and just switch our room there. So she moved us 2 rooms down from the first. Which also had mold... here i go back down to check in. This time they moved us to the top floor. No ceiling vent to have mold, that's great. But... there is no shower curtain at all in the bathroom! We decided this room would have to do because we were running short on time. The hallways were terrible too! We didn't use any of the amenities to know how they were. They had wonderful beds though. Overall, would not recommend.

Extremely clean, and a wonderful bed.
