Great house for family getaway with a great location
House was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Plenty of space for a family of 7. We made good use of the outdoor grill and enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the water. Canât say enough about the location; convenient to the beach, childrenâs playground, restaurants and shops. Management company made everything from booking to check in and check out super easy. Highly recommend Snapper Cove and Pelican Vacation Home. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. My favorite part was taking the Golf Cart literally everywhere. The home is very beautiful with wood accents and art on the walls that were captivating. Beds slept great and the master shower was to die for. Will be back!

My family of 6 and I rented this home and it was very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, and I mean FULLY stocked, with everything you need! Loved having a washer and dryer in the home. We had plenty of towels and beach towels supplied to us. Loved the location, we could walk anywhere when the kids took our golf cart! We will be back next year!
Close to the park and across the road from the ocean
The home was nice and the island is small. Most residents just use golf carts and thats the pace of life we are looking for. Room for one car as other side had a boat. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The home had smaller TVs and could be upgraded to smart TVs.
We had a great time staying here. Loved having under the house space to sit and visit out of the rain. The only change would be check-in and check-out times should be 3p-3p or 10a-10a to feel like you get your money's worth. With all the extra fees after booking we didn't feel we got our money's worth. That being said, we would still book again but through the realty agent directly to avoid some of the fees charged.

Amazing house to stay in for our trip to Cedar KeyđThe house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed especially the kitchen.
We would highly recommend this rental and will look to book for any future visits!

Wonderful house! Perfectly located in the middle of town. Also great parking for ours cars and our boat. Beautiful on the inside with everything you could ever need for a perfect stay. Will be back!
The location was ideal to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. It was great that a lift was available to take the luggage up and down. I have already booked the place for next year.

Better than described.
This location was excellent. We research before booking and were pleased to find that the accommodations were better than expected. Everything was there for a short or long stay. All kitchen items of excellent quality and quantity. Towels and linens way above normal rentals. The bed pillows!!!!! Wanted to take them home with us! We will be coming back to Cedar Key in a few months. As soon as we know our firm plans, we will be booking this same house. Thank you for your integrity.
We love staying in this house when we have a bigger group. Only negative thing was that the refrigerator smelled like fish. Housekeeping came over right away to wipe it down and explained how hard it is to get the smell out. Thank goodness she was also able to unclog the toilet. We had a wondeful weekend.

Great location
Snapper Cove appears to be situated in a desirable location, which is certainly a positive aspect. The presence of an exterior elevator is a significant advantage, particularly for managing luggage and avoiding the need to navigate stairs. Additionally, the convenience of parking under the house to protect vehicles from the elements is a definite benefit. Furthermore, its proximity to Little Shark Park and the public beach is quite appealing. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the side door was reportedly non-functional during the stay. Although the property manager, Johnny, attempted to repair it and promised a follow-up, the issue remained unresolved throughout the visit. Second, the presence of live roaches within the house was concerning. Finally, the A/C unit's exposed wires, where the filter is located, pose a potential safety hazard, especially for young children.
