Perfect Stay!

This place is absolutely delightful! Could not get more “beach front” than that! The view was gorgeous, the sound of the waves all day was amazing. The house had everything you need and was so comfortable and lovely.

Perfect little condo!

We came to Cedar Key for a wedding and this condo was located exactly where the wedding was taking place! Everything was so close we were able to walk almost everywhere within 10 minutes or less. Overall this was the perfect place for our quick trip!

Amazing Views!!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Waking up every morning to those beautiful golf views, strolling around the small quaint island, and enjoying breakfast at Annie’s every morning was exactly what we needed and this condo was icing on the cake. You will not be disappointed!!

Sweet Clean! Waterfront Condo

We have stayed many places and this condo was by far the cleanest! The location was perfect! Right on the waterfront. We spent a lot of time on the deck just enjoying the view. Bonus: it was raining when we checked out and with the parking being below the condo, we never had a drop of rain hit us! We really enjoyed our stay!

The Mill VRBO condo

Staff was very accommodating due to a last minute call for some instructions on entry. Interiors were a beach casual and very clean no stains on furniture. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck with our morning coffees and watching the Gulf of Mexico subtle waves lap the shore line.

Nice location!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a pod of dolphins swimming by and enjoyed watching all of the activities - birds, fish and local working boats - from the balcony throughout our stay. The location was also easy walking distance from the center of Cedar Key, which was very convenient. There is still some recovery occurring from the last hurricane but that did not affect our 4 day stay.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our two nights on Cedar Key. A quiet, family-focused environment was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and functional and had a nice water view. Unfortunately, the island is still recovering from last year's hurricane but progress is everywhere and nice to see. The food at the local restaurants, especially Steamers and 29 North, was very good.

Perfect getaway..no complaints whatsoever....everything was Perfect! Beautiful condo with anything you needed. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sitting on the private beach. The views are AMAZING!. The condo was super clean, the bed was very comfy. I even ordered the pillows. Lol. Will definitely be back.

Hidden Gem

You will fall in love with this home just like we did. Very comfy & cozy, everything was clean & just like advertised. Beautiful views from the back porch. Every evening you’ll watch birds flying overhead with dolphins playing in the distance as you watch the sunset. Gorgeous sunrises too. Very quiet & the neighbors were nice. Pool was refreshing & the host was very quick to text back when needed. Well definitely choose to stay here again in the future, thanks!

Enjoyed the location--was peaceful and quiet beach. The condo was homey and comfortable especially the bed and living room sofas. The streaming service for the TV seemed slow and sporadic. The balcony was private and we enjoyed watching the birds and water activity. The unit was well stocked through out and having the washer and dryer was a bonus. We had a very relaxing time. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Property

Although we only stayed for two nights, we had such a wonderful time! The apartment was so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, I usually have a hard time falling asleep in a new bed, but I slept great both nights! We were so excited to see pods of dolphins both evenings. Our kids loved the pool and the fact that the playground was so near-by. The property is in an ideal location, from the balcony looking out, we felt like we were all alone in the perfect setting. Yet out the front door, everything we needed, restaurants, the playground, the pool, etc. was mere minutes away. We definitely would recommend this place and we will definitely be back to stay!

Relaxing Retreat

This particular unit faces the ocean and has amazing views. Watched the sunset and sunrise. Seen people fishing, kayaking and windsurfing. The location is perfect and close to everything. We rented a golf cart which made it easy to get around and park. Very small town. People are very nice and welcoming even their furry locals. Just a note that establishments there close pretty early. Some at 8pm and some at 9m. I think there is one that closes at 11pm but kitchen closes early. Didn't know that but our fault for not researching it. So upon a late arrival and hungry was a little tough but that's ok because 2nd street Cafe opens a 630am and has great food and very kind employees. Support the locals and get some shopping in while visiting.

Fabulous location

First, I have to commend and thank the Owner, and the Manager, Evolve and VRBO for helping us with our reservation. They were all so kind and generous when a death in my family meant we couldn't arrive in Cedar Key, as planned. My husband and I are very grateful for their compassion and assistance!! In terms of the condo: we were delighted to find the apartment very well and comfortably appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We could have used a salad spinner and larger coffee mugs...but they are certainly not crucial to enjoying the apartment. The most wonderful aspect for me was the direct view to to the water. I had a front row seat from the living room and then on the balconyto the incredible storm our first day there, after which I enjoyed watching a pod of dolphins feeding, as well as huge pelicans fishing close by the beach. We would happily return !
