"The young lady at check in was very helpful with things to do & where to have supper. Chef Alfredo’s was amazing. Our server & all of her assistants were amazing. Jessie & Madeline served breakfast at Abbey Inn & we’re so cheerful & happy! The young lady at checkout was so cheery & pleasant. A great recommendation!!"

"The room key only worked once. I left the room for dinner with all my things in there ready for the night. I got back at 9 PM but my card keys wouldn't work. I had staff trying to fix it until 10 PM. They got me into my room but the new keys still didn't work. The plug in the bathroom is pulling out of the wall. Dangerous and poor maintenance. Not all of the plugs for my phone charger etc. worked. The connectors inside the plugs didn't squeeze onto my plug tight enough for contact. I won't be using Wingate again,."
