Private: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "V. Paratino 13" 1.3 km, railway station "Cecina" 5 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 7 km.
