"The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...
"We had a wonderful stay at Seda IT Park Cebu. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome.
We loved our one-bedroom room with a kitchenette and a separate living room. It was perfect for our family with kids. Having a washing machine in the room was very helpful and made our stay much easier.
The breakfast buffet was also amazing. There were many choices, and my girls loved it so much! It was one of their favorite parts of our stay. We will definitely come back again!"
"The hotel is very nice but for the 3rd time in our last 4 stays here the pool is out of service. Also, when we booked the room for my wife and son, the breakfast was apparently only added for my wife and I and we had to spend an additional $12 per day for my 7 yo son to eat breakfast. Next time we will not get the breakfast as it is not as good as in the past. Overall, we would book again but make sure the pool is in service."
