The second room had a twin size bed. It was perfect for my partner and I, traveling with my mother. The security team was great with us and helped in an emergency we had to get us to the hospital and took very good care of us over the following days going back and forth to the hospital. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. Leider war die gesamte ausstattung nur für 2 Personen. Gegen einen Aufpreis von 13€ pro Nacht bekamen wir eine Matratze für Kinder gebracht, nach nochmaliger Nachfrage kam Bettwäsche. Aber die Küche war ausgestattet mit 2x Gabel, 2xMesser, 2xGlas und 2xTeller. Die Klimaanlage war 30cm über dem Fußboden und 50cm vom Bett entfernt. Attention. This is a real review of the hotel Grand Isabella. GI room 306 is very nice and convenient to Ayala center. You can walk there in less than 10 mins. Don't really need a cab. Okay, the unit have 2 rooms, which the hotels does not describe that it's a 2nd room with a twin bed. The main room is a queen. There are 2 problems with this room. The wifi is very weak in the rooms but works perfect in the living room/dining area/kitchen area. The second problem is only 1 tv and its in the main bedroom, not the living room. It would been nice if the living room had a tv. The front desk lady is nice. She have lots of knowledge about the area. The staff came to clean almost everyday. They are really nice hotel. Will I return to this hotel, yes, definitely if its only me or 1 other person and I would ask for room 306 again. If you come with a group, get multiple rooms or go somewhere else because there is only 1 tv in the room.
