Everyone has a welcoming attitude and always smiling as soon as you step in the main entrance. Oh, its just hard to work on the tv coz its on chonese but the technician put alk the time to fix it. It was a wonderful stay and wish to come back next time in Cebu coz everything is within walking distance to Ayala malls, casino, etc. Not to mention our buffet breakfast is massive and very affordable with hotel discount. But senior cant do this all the time. They shld have affordable small portion meals even as to go meals. Our seniors cant eat, too much. Clean room stood the best, special thanks from rm. 1832 and 906\. Staff are naturally superb assisting us all the time. Very happy camper here. Awesome stay." We were very happy with the value for the price. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a little issue with a leak in the bathroom and the mini fridge wasn’t cold but overall the things that mattered the most were excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet from the city noise. The rooftop pool had a nice view and was a great place to lay out, have a drink and a quick cool down in the pool. The location was convenient as well. Very happy with our stay here. For folks reading this, please consider tipping ANYONE who helps you, even a little goes a long way. Please consider bringing a suitcase of goods to donate to a local charity or church.
