He allowed us to change from 1 king size bed to 2 twin beds (my spouse, myself and daughter). And they allowed us to have late check-out. Dusty and smelly triggered my allergies . Carpet is smelly , they placed deodorizer in the hallway in front of the elevator . Still it does not removed the smell . Especially in the roooms it has a district smell of mustiness .Airconditioner is not adequate for the place . Warm at night in our rooms . Even when airconditioner is way up . No airconditioner in the hallways . Internet is very slow , need to be upgraded . The whole place need to be renovated. However, food are great and staff are super cordial and accommodating especially the dining and housekeeping staff . Those are the best .
