We had a fabulous holiday staying at Villa Picholine. The property was excellent, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. With its own private terrace and access to the wonderful pool we couldn’t have asked for more. Cebazan is a delightful area and perfectly situated for exploring and visiting a multitude of different places. A big “thank you” to our hosts Alyson and Bryan whose undeniable hard work has resulted in an amazing location. They were friendly, helpful and informative hosts who were on hand should you need them but otherwise left you to enjoy your holiday.

Stayed in the property for a week recently. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was wonderful and Alyson and Bryan are great hosts, helping in any way needed. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and we won’t hesitate in returning to the area and the property.

A real home from home with everything we needed. Very clean and well thought out. We especially enjoyed the private secluded garden. Lovely peaceful location with amenities nearby. We didn't want to leave as two weeks was not enough!

Wonderful holiday home
We had a great time staying at the property. It has all the amenities, is beautifully clean, has a lovely garden and is really conveniently set up with a small child. The pool and pool bar are fantastic. The location is a great base for exploring too and the hosts are really friendly. We had a great stay!

Wonderful holiday!
We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Picholine. The house was just perfect and we felt so at home. Everything was spotless when we arrived and we received a warm welcome from the hosts, who couldn't have been more helpful. The house had everything you could need and the kitchen was one of the best stocked ones we have ever stayed in. The garden was delightful - olive trees and grapes on the vine around the patio, and we will have many happy memories of relaxing in the swing seat and star gazing on warm evenings. It was great to have access to board games and various books and DVDs. We also used the tennis rackets and table tennis stuff. Great to have them. And the picnic coolbox and flask were extra bonus and used for our many picnics out and about. The pool was brilliant!!! Our children loved it!! It is a great area to stay in with endless visits to make - Carcassonne, boat trip on Canal du Midi, beach, nearby rivers to swim in, local fetes and markets, evening entertainment in nearby villages including son et lumiere show, fireworks etc. We will definitely return to Villa Picholine and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Peacefully located villa with lovely garden
We stayed at Villa Picholine for a week in June, the villa is very well maintained and tastefully decorate with easy off road parking right next to the villa. The owners have clearly put a lot of work into the garden as its just beautiful. We spent much of our time (when not out sightseeing) out in the garden, even better there's a BBQ which is certainly a nice thing to have. You'll find a local bakery just a few minutes walk which is perfect for the morning croissants, but make sure you get there early before they sell out. Thanks for a lovely week and also for the lovely bottle of local wine that was waiting upon arrival

Wundervolle Villa mit großartigem Pool
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig und wunderschön angelegt. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem!!! Der Pool lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Poolbar, in der man zu kleinen, fairen Preisen gekühlte Getränke kaufen kann. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert, was wir bei teils 40 Grad auch dringend benötigt haben. Die Gegend ist sehr vielseitig. Man kann schöne Städte/Dörfer besuchen, Kanu fahren, Canyoning machen, wandern, schwimmen u.v.m. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig. Man kann sich hier wunderbar erholen. Auch eine sehr gute Patisserie ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Unbedingt die Törtchen probieren! Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in St. Chinian. Dieser hat im Sommer auch sonntags geöffnet. In St. Chinian gibt es Sonntags und Donnerstags auch einen schönen Markt und einige Restaurants. Wenn wir noch einmal in diese Gegend kommen, werden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Danke für die schönen Ferien……

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieter, tolles gepflegtes Anwesen. Haus ist modern, sauber, schön und durchdacht eingerichtet, Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist toll, wir waren oft alleine dort. Wir können es 100% empfehlen, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen. Liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit mit einem sehr schönen Pool, auf den man sich nach einem Ausflug freut. Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Garten und ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail so dass man sich hier sehr wohl fühlt. Die Gastgeber wohnen vor Ort und sind sehr nett und geben auch Tips zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Insgesamt ein sehr idyllischer Ort.

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in het huis. Alles is aanwezig en het was heel netjes. Mijn 2 kinderen van 7 jaar vonden het ook fantastisch. De eigenaars gaven ons tips voor uitstappen in de buurt. Ze waren heel vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. In dieser Zeit konnten wir eine Kanutour bei Rochebrun, einen Besuche von Carcassone und ein paar Wanderungen in den Schluchten von Gorges d‘Heric und Minerve machen. Am 14. Juli gibt es ein großes und beeindruckendes Feuerwerk in Saint Chinian. Dazwischen hatten wir viel Gelegenheit, auf der Terrasse und am bzw. im Pool zu entspanned. Großartig! Vielen Dank für den netten Apero zum Kennenlernen. Liebe Grüße an Alyson & Bryan.

Perfect family holiday
Simply perfect. The villa and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. You can easily tell that everything has been built and decorated with a lot of love. The hosts are lovely and welcoming and ever so helpful with any problems you may have. We have never been to a holiday home as clean as this one - everything looks just like it’s brand new . It is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy. Everything has been thought through very well- even the gate to access the pool area is secured so that small children can’t access it by themselves . There were toys for the kids at the pool and we even received a box of toys for the kids to play in the house with. We can easily say that this was one of the best holidays we have ever had and we can recommend it to anybody who is looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful home - with or without children. Everything you need is near by. You can take a walk to the local bakery or take a short drive to the next supermarket. The beaches in the area were beautiful and quite empty when we were there and they are easily accessible by car. We can’t think of a better place to spend our holidays. Thank you so much Bryan and Alyson for a wonderful holiday.

Très belle villa où l'on s'est tout de suite senti chez nous. Joliment décorée, très propre, lits confortables, une cuisine spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. Das Ferienhaus ist optimal ausgestattet und dazu noch gemütlich eingerichtet, besser geht es nicht!
Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir sehr gerne wiederkommen würden: das Ferienhaus ist von der Lage her ein guter Ausgangspunkt, die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück, aber man fühlt sich trotzdem frei. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt, aber trotzdem gemütlich!

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem perfekt eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer einen neuen Ausflugstipp zur Hand. Die Umgebung lädt zu abwechslungsreichen Unternehmungen ein und der tolle, äußerst gepflegte Pool anschließend zum entspannen. Gerne wieder!

Super mooie woning in een heerlijke rustige omgeving
Wij zijn drie weken geweest met twee kinderen (van 7 en 9). Het huisje van Alyson en Bryan is een echte aanrader. Mooi schoon huisje waar alles aanwezig is. De airco en bbq zijn echt een bonus. Verder hebben wij heerlijk in de tuin gezeten. De tuin ligt afgeschermd van de buren dus je zit vrij en rustig. Ook het zwembad was top! De kinderen hebben zich daar uitstekend vermaakt. In de regio is op rijafstand (max 5 kwartier) genoeg te zien, veel bezienswaardigheden, maar ook strand en riviertje zijn in de buurt. Daarnaast ook veel sportieve activiteiten voorhanden zoals kanoen en een klimbos. Tot slot zijn alyson en Bryan goede hosts, ze zijn aardig, behulpzaam en hebben veel tips over de regio. Nog een laatste bonus: bakker is op loopafstand.

Tout était parfait
Nous avons passé deux super semaines de vacances à la villa Picholine, elle est spacieuse et jolie et les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison. Le jardin est magnifique et reposant et la terrasse ombragée est appréciable tout au long de la journée. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui a fait la joie des enfants avec l'eau à 26 ou 27 degrés, c'était top pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons découvert une très belle région : le Canal du Midi, Béziers, Carcassonne, Pézenas, Roquebrun, les Gorges d'Héric. La mer n'est pas très loin, Valras Plage est une station agréable où il n'y a pas trop de monde. Nous garderons un super souvenir et nous remercions Alyson et Bryan pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse!

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Super!
Sehr ruhig gelegene komfortable Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles funktioniert und man fühlt sich hier wohl. Der Erholungsfaktor ist enorm. Man geniesst die Ruhe und die Sonne auf der Terasse. Zum Einkaufen und für Unternehmungen ist ein Auto aber unerlässlich. Wir sind 2 rundum zufriedenen Personen, die den Urlaub genossen haben.

Villa Picholine - eine traumhafte Urlaubsoase !!!
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Picholine. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem großen Gelände des Vermieter-Ehepaares. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und äußerst gepflegt!! So ein Ferienhaus ist sehr selten zu finden. Es mangelte an rein gar nichts. Alyson und Brian sind bezaubernd und sehr nett. Sie freuen sich, wenn es den Feriengästen gut geht und geben gerne Tips für die Region. Wir haben viel die Gegend erkundigt (zahlreiche Strände rund um Valras Plage, Gruissan, Béziers, Roquebrun, Minerva, ect...) und waren sportlich sehr aktiv (Kajak, Klettern, Stand-up-Paddling, ect..). Sehr gerne haben wir auch den Pool vor Ort genutzt und den Boule Platz. Der Pool wird ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und für das nächste Jahr richtig fertig gestellt. Im Ort Cébazan gibt es einen freizugänglichen Tennisplatz, Trimmgeräte und eine Tischtennisplatte (Zubehör liegt in der Villa Picholine bereits bereit!). Die Bäckerei vor Ort ist fußläufig und sehr zu empfehlen. Dear Alyson and Bryan, you have a wonderful place!! We send you our very best regards!!! Diana, Michael, Jenna and Josi

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette propriété très calme, très bien entretenue et équipée (comme à la maison). Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et disponibles tout en restant discrets. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine a été la bonne surprise pour les enfants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Een heerlijk huis.
Wat een prachtig huis. Met liefde ingericht door de eigenaren en prima onderhouden. Het ligt in een rustig dorp in een prachtige omgeving tussen de wijnvelden. We hebben genoten van de tuin die uitnodigde om alleen maar te luieren. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien zodat we fijn konden koken. Bakker op loopafstand en verder is alles prima te bereiken met de auto. Allyson en Brian, de eigenaren, zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij raden deze locatie zeker aan als je van rust, wijn en het Zuid Frankrijkgevoel houdt.

Hübsches kleines Feriendomizil, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Saubere, komplett eingerichtete kleine Villa in einem sehr gepflegten Garten in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieter, die gute Vorschläge für Besichtigungen und Restaurants geben konnten. Schöne Terrasse, die zum Relaxen einlud. Im nächsten Jahr soll noch ein Pool im Gartenbereich eröffnet werden. Die Villa ist eine Top-Adresse mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können sie ( und die Vermieter ) nur empfehlen.

Angenehmes, komfortables und ruhiges Ferienhaus
Die Villa Picholine liegt auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück, das wunderbar mediterran eingewachsen ist. Wir konnten dort einen wunderbar ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen und die schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Die Gegend ist reizend. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus jederzeit empfehlen, und würden gerne weitere Urlaube dort verbringen.

Nous avons réservé un peu sur me tard, mais ça en valait la peine. La villa est top , spacieuse pour sa taille, propre bien aménagée et confortable on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les Lancaster sont très investis et de très bon conseils ( restos, visites, commerces....). Nous y sommes resté un Peu plus d'une semaine, excellent point de chute pour les visite car à +/- 30-40min des plages, grandes villes ..... Ils sont encore occupés à aménager leur terrain, mais ils sont très discret et cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
