One of 2 -2 bedroomed, independent villas all on 1 level. Fully air-conditioned, with a spacious well equipped kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher & washing machine. With it's own private, secluded garden, a sun terrace and BBQ. A selection of books, games & DVD's are available and an assortment of children's toys.
All within private grounds with dedicated off road parking for 2 cars.
In a quiet village location 5 minutes drive from Saint Chinian with its twice weekly market, restaurants, cafe's and bars. Superb walking/mountain biking through the vineyards surrounding the village and only 12 kilometres from the canal du midi. There is a boulangerie in the village for your breakfast croissant and baguette and a cave co-operative for the obligatory wine tasting. A short drive takes you to the Haut Languedoc Natural Park and the River Orb Valley with it's picturesque medieval villages and rugged gorges, where you can swim or kayak in the river, lunch alfresco at a cafe and take an evening stroll amongst the vines.

We had a fabulous holiday staying at Villa Picholine. The property was excellent, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. With its own private terrace and access to the wonderful pool we couldn’t have asked for more. Cebazan is a delightful area and perfectly situated for exploring and visiting a multitude of different places. A big “thank you” to our hosts Alyson and Bryan whose undeniable hard work has resulted in an amazing location. They were friendly, helpful and informative hosts who were on hand should you need them but otherwise left you to enjoy your holiday.

Stayed in the property for a week recently. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was wonderful and Alyson and Bryan are great hosts, helping in any way needed. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and we won’t hesitate in returning to the area and the property.

A real home from home with everything we needed. Very clean and well thought out. We especially enjoyed the private secluded garden. Lovely peaceful location with amenities nearby. We didn't want to leave as two weeks was not enough!

We had a great time staying at the property. It has all the amenities, is beautifully clean, has a lovely garden and is really conveniently set up with a small child. The pool and pool bar are fantastic. The location is a great base for exploring too and the hosts are really friendly. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Picholine. The house was just perfect and we felt so at home. Everything was spotless when we arrived and we received a warm welcome from the hosts, who couldn't have been more helpful. The house had everything you could need and the kitchen was one of the best stocked ones we have ever stayed in. The garden was delightful - olive trees and grapes on the vine around the patio, and we will have many happy memories of relaxing in the swing seat and star gazing on warm evenings. It was great to have access to board games and various books and DVDs. We also used the tennis rackets and table tennis stuff. Great to have them. And the picnic coolbox and flask were extra bonus and used for our many picnics out and about. The pool was brilliant!!! Our children loved it!! It is a great area to stay in with endless visits to make - Carcassonne, boat trip on Canal du Midi, beach, nearby rivers to swim in, local fetes and markets, evening entertainment in nearby villages including son et lumiere show, fireworks etc. We will definitely return to Villa Picholine and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Peacefully located villa with lovely garden
We stayed at Villa Picholine for a week in June, the villa is very well maintained and tastefully decorate with easy off road parking right next to the villa. The owners have clearly put a lot of work into the garden as its just beautiful. We spent much of our time (when not out sightseeing) out in the garden, even better there's a BBQ which is certainly a nice thing to have. You'll find a local bakery just a few minutes walk which is perfect for the morning croissants, but make sure you get there early before they sell out. Thanks for a lovely week and also for the lovely bottle of local wine that was waiting upon arrival

Wundervolle Villa mit großartigem Pool
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig und wunderschön angelegt. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem!!! Der Pool lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Poolbar, in der man zu kleinen, fairen Preisen gekühlte Getränke kaufen kann. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert, was wir bei teils 40 Grad auch dringend benötigt haben. Die Gegend ist sehr vielseitig. Man kann schöne Städte/Dörfer besuchen, Kanu fahren, Canyoning machen, wandern, schwimmen u.v.m. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig. Man kann sich hier wunderbar erholen. Auch eine sehr gute Patisserie ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Unbedingt die Törtchen probieren! Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt in St. Chinian. Dieser hat im Sommer auch sonntags geöffnet. In St. Chinian gibt es Sonntags und Donnerstags auch einen schönen Markt und einige Restaurants. Wenn wir noch einmal in diese Gegend kommen, werden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Danke für die schönen Ferien……
