This villa is non-smoking and equipped: a heating / air conditioning system a fully equipped kitchen with dining table a living room with digital TV WiFi internet access of a room a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. The swimming pool, usable from mid-March to the end of November, is discovered during the summer and can be covered and heated (minimum water at 26 °). Notre maison était très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable ( tout comme le jardin et la piscine) et très bien située, nous permettant de faire de nombreuses randonnées et visites de villages. Les soirées du dimanche , gracieusement offertes, ou Danielle se met aux fourneaux pour nous faire découvrir des plats de la région et Christian qui lui sait nous faire mieux connaître, déguster et apprécier les bons vins du Languedoc, il est intarissable. Ces soirées, très conviviales, permettent de faire connaissance avec les autres locataires ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. A aucun moment nous nous sommes sentis dans un gite mais tout simplement entre amis. Les logements sont extrèmement propres et très bien équipés. Nous y sommes allés avec notre bébé (11 mois) et tout était à notre disposition (lit parapluie + chaise haute + baignoire bébé). Le repas du dimanche soir est très bien et permet de faire connaissance en début de semaine (la dégustation des vins est géniale...). La villas est parfaite,spacieuse et meublé avec gout et modernisme,la propreté y régne et l'ont s'y sent bien ,très bien situé comme point de départ pour les visites et les excursions. Villas superbes et très bien équipées avec du matériel haut de gamme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours prêts à rendre service. De plus, chaque dimanche soir, ils ont l'extrême gentillesse et amabilité d'inviter gracieusement tous les locataires à partager un délicieux repas, accompagné de très bons vins. Un pur moment de bonheur et de convivialité. Du jamais vu. ---
