This 32 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the Lagrange road, features a large west-facing veranda furnished with a wooden garden set including a large table, six armchairs, and a sun lounger.  
  
The 17 m² main room includes a fully equipped kitchenette (two electric hobs, refrigerator/freezer, mini-oven, microwave, etc.), a sofa bed, an armchair with footrest, a television, and a table and four chairs.  
  
The bedroom, furnished with two single electric beds (80 cm wide) that can be joined together, a wardrobe, and a closet, offers an unobstructed view of the countryside.  
  
The adjoining bathroom has a shower with a door, a vanity unit, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.  
  
The layout of the bungalows ensures peace and quiet while also fostering a sense of community.  
  
Pets allowed: €40 supplement - Security deposit: €150
