De ligging van de woning is nog mooier dan op de foto’s te zien. Prachtig groot landstuk en vrij uitzicht op de bossen tegenover de woning. De woning is goed onderhouden en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en kon ik als niet Frans sprekend redelijk goed verstaan. De woning is zeker groot genoeg voor 8 personen, maar houd dan wel rekening met één badkamer. De omgeving is vooral voor rust zoekers, toeristische trekkers zijn best wel een eindje rijden.

Prima gelegen locatie voor wie rust, stilte en natuur zoekt. Dorpskern is vlakbij. Je vindt er al wat nodig is. De vakantiewoning biedt basiscomfort en is zeer ruim en net. Centrale ligging voor uitstappen naar toeristische trekpleisters. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

Wir kennen das Haus und schätzen die ruhige Lage am kleinen Wäldchen. Die große Wiese auf dem Hügel war wie immer gemäht. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig mit z.T. älteren Möbeln. Der Geschirrspüler ist neu. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und verständnisvoll!

Wir genießen die ruhige Lage und den Blick von der großen Terrasse über das umgebende Wiesengelände. Eine kleinere Terrasse auf der Vorderseite bietet Schutz bei Regen und zuviel Sonne. Einige Nachbarn bemerkt man kaum. Die beiden kleinen Straßen am Fuß des Hügels, auf dem das Haus steht, sind nicht viel befahren. Viele Wanderer kommen im Sommer durch das kleine Tal. Lavendelbüsche und Salbei duften am Haus und überstehen Sonne und Regen, und im Wäldchen zirpen an warmen Tagen die Cigalen. Ab und zu sieht man eine der Nachbarkatzen oder einen der Hunde, alles ist friedlich. Aus dem gegenüberliegenden Wald kann man nachts Rehböcke bellen hören oder ein Käuzchen. Den Weg nach Cazals am See vorbei kann man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, bergab. Zurück dauert es wohl länger. Wir fahren gern in den Ort zum Einkaufen und zum Sonntagsmarkt. Alle Händler sind sehr freundlich. Zu den Läden und Supermärkten von Gourdon oder Fumel dauert es mit dem Auto etwa 40 Minuten. Bei solchen Fahrten haben wir Weingüter am Lot besucht oder Restaurants entdeckt, in denen auch einige Holländer eine sehr gute französische Küche anbieten. Für Romantiker haben viele Orte und Schlösser oder Burgen im Perigord ihr mittelalterliches Flair bewahrt. Bei aller Ruhe wird es also nicht langweilig!
