"Easy check in, clean, nearby shops and ocean and the host responds quickly to any needs. Be mindful that it is on street parking so first come, first served. And don’t forget to turn your wheels when you park (I got a ticket). ;) and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because you are below the homeowner. It was a perfect fit for our visit!"

"I didn’t like that I reported that the tv didn’t work and the front desk just said they’d call a tech later. When it still wasn’t working hours later they said they’d call tech hadn’t answered and they’d call in the morning. It wasn’t fixed the next day or the day after and they’d call did not offer to change the tv or the room. Then they cancelled the reservation."

"Literally left in the middle of the night because after hoping the gangbangers next door would turn their music down at midnight it got louder, and they got drunker, so called the front desk and got a half assed answer "

"I stayed here with my mom and daughter for one night. Overall I say it was decent for one night and the price was reasonable. The ratings of this place seemed so good that I booked it. The beds were very uncomfortable and the smaller bed was on a bunch of cardboards used as a box spring. The towels seemed dingy. The bathroom floor and shower seemed run down. I didn’t sleep good because the owners live right above us and it sounded super loud when they were walking and running the water and shuffling around. Then in the morning again at 7am they were up and about moving and it was just too loud for me. I will not be staying here anymore. It’s not as private as they made it out to be. Also the owner wanted me to move my car after he told me it was ok to park in the driveway. I was a bit startled as I was relaxing with my family I hear a knock coming from inside the garage and I open it and it’s him asking me to move my car into the street so he can park his car in the driveway. That wasn’t a problem, it’s just more contact with the owners than what I wanted. They should be clear about where we can park so that we don’t have to move our car after."

"The check in was slow and you talk to the clerk via TV monitor that you could barely hear her and now they charge $11 for parking, room is outdated, bathroom door could not close properly, not worth rate we checked . Never again. "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting friends who live in the neighborhood. It was quiet, easy to get into from the street, and had a full-sized kitchen. It really feels like its own apartment! The big window next to the bed that looks out to the bay is great too. Stuart was very nice and said hello when we visited his beautiful back garden for a few minutes. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting my friends."
