Please do not enter neighboring properties without neighbor’s permission. This home has one or more video cameras mounted on the exterior. Please do not bother or disturb the cameras and do not unplug them. A tampering fee of $200 will be charged per incident of cameras or their cords being tampered with. Sleeping arrangements are solely the responsibility of the guest. We make no guarantee of the number of people our home can sleep, but we will allow groups larger than the number of people we specify in the home’s listing. The number of people that this home can sleep is calculated assuming 2 people per bed in double sized or larger beds, and 1 person per bed for single/twin beds. Guests are responsible for determining if this arrangement suits them and their party of companions. Guests may bring sleeping bags, inflatable mattresses, etc. to provide additional sleeping arrangements if they so desire. Pets are allowed after they are declared in the reservation and the pet fee is paid, or we have been notified that the guest wishes to bring a pet, and the $75 + tax per pet fee paid. If you bring pets without declaring them and paying the reservation pet fee, you will be responsible for paying a $250 + tax per pet fee. Do not bring a pet into our home, under any circumstances, without our knowledge and approval. We have a child who is extremely allergic to pets and their hair and dander. The allergy is so acute, he has required emergency hospitalization several times. No matter how good or well-trained a pet may be, no pet, including service animals, can avoid shedding hair and dander, and when pets are in strange places, they do strange things. If you have not declared your pet on the reservation site and paid the pet fee, so the home can be specially cleaned and sanitized of hair and dander after you leave, please, do not bring a pet into our home, under any circumstances, without our knowledge and approval. When the guest is allowed to bring a pet, if the pet soils (urine, poop, blood, other bodily fluids, dirt, etc.) or damages the floor, carpet, furniture, etc., the cleaning service charges additional fees for cleaning and repair that will be charged to the guest. When brought into the home, pets are not allowed on countertops or any of the furniture, beds, tables, chairs, etc. Pets are to stay on the floor at all times. If you bring pets into our home without our approval, there will be charged $250 + tax per pet. Our home is offered for people visiting the area to have a place to stay while they are out and about and attending to the purpose of their visit. Our home is not intended nor offered for having social events or hosting guests and visitors. If you are having visitors, then you are engaging in a social event. Social Events are allowed with approval of host. For any type of social event, parties, gatherings, rehearsals, reunions, showers, weddings, etc. there is a charge of $150 + tax. After you reserve our home, we will send a special payment request, through your reservation web page, for the social event fee in the amount of $150 + tax. the host was very clear in communication and answered all of our questions. The property is located in a lovely community close to shopping and the downtown Columbia area. The home is welcoming and cozy
Great family home! We had a group of 5 stay and the house meet all our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet. The backyard decks are great for relaxing. Overall, nice house for an extended stay.
We thank you for hosting our stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The neighborhood was beautiful. Enjoyed short walks with the dog. The house is conveniently located near the grocery store and some great restaurants. Thank you again. We appreciate our stay while in the area
The best feature was the master bedroom. It had an in suite bathroom and two wing chairs and a table, but only one bedside table. All of the furniture was old and heavy and there were a few roaches. The pool with trees growing in it was not the best view, but the neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
Spacious home with everything you'll need to enjoy yourself.A giant bed in master bedroom and plenty of area to move about. A very short ride to grocery store and gas stations. Within a few miles of Antique shops and other retailers. Couple miles to freeway. Family affordability for the amount of space and secure property. Felt very much like our own home for the week. Backyard needs a little tlc. Thanks for allowing our family to stay at your home.
We left after after 4 hours the backyard was supposed to be fenced in and was not I had my service dog and that’s the big. The wifi was horrible couldn’t pull anything thing up the remote didn’t work properly. I texted the owner and asked for a refund for the 3 days we didn’t stay I would appreciate if yo can help me with that. It was a horrible experience. Please help me with getting the 3 night money back I told him we would pay for the first night but heard. The house was in bad shape
Roaches Roaches Roaches is all I can say!! Very disappointed

Make sure everyone reads this review before booking with them. After I had already paid my money she required a lot of extra details. I had to send my photo ID a list of all the guests that were there. I have stayed in VRBO’s before and have never had to meet with the property manager. She was gonna meet us at any time we got there, but we ended up did not have to meet her due to a scheduling conflict with her. we found bugs in the house. Along with the guidebook that was supposed to be there was not. The remote was dead therefore we had a hard time with the TV. Also, you better have your own logins for Netflix or other things to watch. The toilet in the master bedroom was leaking and I let her know about it and she told me to shake the handle. I let her know I had already done that and it was still running therefore, I had to turn the water off. The comforter on the bed had a hole in it also. There was also markings on the walls where chairs had been slid back-and-forth. She wanted us to have a five star stay but it was nowhere near a five star VRBO.

1st thing, on the website it states it sleeps 12 when we got there. It only sleeps six electrical sockets were not working bathroom fixtures were rusted and mildewed, there were also spiderwebs all over the property in the twin bedroom. There was a spider crawling on the bed. The house also reaps of older like it’s been closed up years. When I spoke with the owner, Dorian threw a virtual chat. It was told to me that they would meet me at the property. The day I arrived I received a message stating that they couldn’t meet me. They had a meeting. I feel like the reason why they didn’t meet me because they knew once we saw the property that we wouldn’t take it. I was also charging an additional 80 for my one year-old toddler granddaughter which I thought made no sense. They said the property was stock with toothpaste and different things. None of that was there when you walk on the floors on the back porch, you were sinking in that’s just how bad it is. Also, there’s some type of substance on the front porch. I do not know what it is, but it’s a substance under the rails that I was scared for my grandkids to even play outside because it looked horrible. This is the worst Airbnb I have ever rented. I didn’t reach out to them after I left, but when I went back on the website to make sure they knew we had checked out I received a long text long email stating that if I said anything or posted anything in reference to their property that they would say I was stealing at some other D

Disappointed
The house was in a quiet, established neighborhood. The master bedroom is very spacious, the other 2 rooms are very small.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, toaster, coffee maker, spices etc. There wasn’t any sugar or sweetener for coffee. I also could not find a measuring cup.
The house and yard are in need of some up keep. Lightbulbs were missing or not working in several fixtures. We could not get the tv to turn on and the AC was not working when we got there. We did notify the owner about the AC and it was fixed the next afternoon. Fortunately it was cool enough in the evening to open the back door to get some cool air. We could not open any windows. The water and ice dispenser did not work either. The king size mattress and full mattress are very firm.
We were in town for our son’s wedding. We were informed by the owner that no one other than those staying at the house could enter the home or we would need to pay $150 for a “social event.”
Beware if you have a pet. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and the owner says their son has a severe allergy to pets, if he gets sick it is your fault and you will be responsible for the bill.
The house was dated and in need of many repairs. There was only one TV (in the den) and no cable. We expected to have a TV in every bedroom. We brought our Firesticks, but couldn't find the HMDI slot to put it in. There were too many restrictions on the heating and AC temperatures. We needed to be technicians to conduct all of the processes. I got the impression there were controls on the temperature because the temps were different when we returned back to the house.
This is definitely not a "Corporate House" and appears to be someone trying to capitalize on the B&B market. The outside (front and back) need to be landscaped.
I definitely will not use this place again.
I was at this place for 14 days and it was so homie for me and my family. shops where close and the highway was right around the corner from the house the neighborhood was quiet and had a feeling of friendly neighbors or just people who stay to them selves I would rent this place again and I am also telling friends about it. I love the rocking chairs on the porch and the silence at night
