"We had a amazing stay staff were super helpful went out of there way to make our stay perfect..we were upgraded to a better room with full buffet breakfast couldn't fault anything. Had beautiful neighbours who said good morning everyday even after major surgery. Every staff member in thr place were amazing will stay again for sure..thankyou for making our stay perfect"

"Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside. "

"Great location and overall a decent stay. Nothing fancy but clean and updated rooms. The hallways and stairs could use a more frequent vaccum :) The basement parking has EV chargers (paid) which is great."

"The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Location was awesome. Just had a lot of cobwebs on the furniture under the balcony. If these minor issues are fixed, I would highly recommend this place for newlywed couples. This could be just my personal experience, but this is the only way I can share it."

"No pay tv although the listing said it was available. I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv as the tv wasn’t compatible and needed to update the server. Contacted staff and they were no help at all regarding this."
