This place was basically brand new and spotless. Hiking, kayaking and hot tub right outside your door. Close enough to civilization, if you want it. Would like to go there again. Highly recommend it.
Super cool, new and quiet cabin in the mountains / woods. The hot tub was a super nice plus. Well appointed with everything you need. Wendi, the owner, was super helpful and responsive. The only negative I could possibly point out is there is not a lot of room to keep your clothes (closet/dresser) / suitcases. Only one hanging rod on the wall with 10 hangers. Still would definitely stay there again when in the area.

This property is VERY well maintained! Its spacious, clean, modern, and includes a full kitchen. The electric fireplace in tbe living room area is a truly modern & romantic touch! The bed was quite firm & comfortable. The kitchen is way more stocked with cookware (basics like plates, cups, bowls, as well as pot, pan, measuring cups, cutting knives, BBQ utinsils, wine glasses, cutting board etc. etc.)than expected! Even included quite a few seasonings & cooking/olive oil! The heat worked VERY well! The windows give you a massive dose of sunshine and views, which are super pretty in the winter months! ***This is a remotey located property, away from hustle & bustle, and the drive in is on a dirt road, so be aware if visiting during the Winter months, as you may encounter a rougher terrain at that time. ***You should shop & stock up ahead of time for food, beverages etc!!!! The owner is very good with communicating, and you can ask any questions VIA text and expect a quick reply! The shared hot tub (6 person) is a great amenitiy, well maintained and clean! (Only a short walk from each cabin, but something to prepare for in colder months) Highly recommend this property!!!!!
This is a beautiful place to stay! The cabin was very clean and the welcome book had every bit of information you could possibly ask for! Highly recommend these cabins for a quiet getaway.
Nestled in nature, this tiny cabin is a delightful retreat that perfectly balances charm and functionality. The thoughtful layout maximizes space, making it feel surprisingly spacious. Every corner is cozy and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a warm aesthetic. The cabin comes equipped with all essential amenities, including a small kitchenette, a clean bathroom, and cozy bedding that ensures a restful night's sleep. Large windows offer stunning views, allowing natural light to flood in and create a serene atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a weekend escape or a serene work-from-home environment, this cabin provides the perfect blend of quaint comfort and modern convenience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!
This was absolutely perfect. Every part of the cabin was well thought out from design to decor. We had such an amazing time and already want to plan another getaway to this place.
Everything was exactly how it appeared to be on the website. The Cabin was welcoming and very clean and the accessories made the experience even better. The hot tub, the kayaks and the paddle boards all a beautiful touch to a perfect weekend getaway.
We enjoyed five days at this lovely modern cabin in Cavendish. We were delighted with the quiet wooded setting and the aesthetically pleasing cabin where everything from building materials to bedding were chosen with care and an eye for quality. We enjoyed the using the complimentary kayaks in Knapp Pond and using the hot tub and fire pit on cool evenings. Galleries and a farm museum in nearby Woodstock and a farmers’ market in Ludlow provided a few fun outings. Wendi provided a comprehensives booklet about the cabin and the surrounding area and answered any questions.we had promptly. We hope to come back for another stay.
