Although advertised as a caravan park the advertisement gave the impression that the cabin was little bit more private than it was. We had a van parked outside our living area window so had to have the curtains closed most of the time. Other than that we loved our stay. Not far from Arthur’s Pass and the trekking that we wanted to do. No toiletries or milk supplied as in most accomodation we have stayed in." The only issue i had was that this lodge was very far from the road, up a gravel road with no guard rails at all. Either it was not disclosed or i didnt find it on the website. Very scary getting up to the lodge after sunset, in the dark, dodging rabbits left and right."
