"When I booked this hotel, I was simply looking for something in walking distance of the falls and somewhat affordable. We got so much more than that. Garrett Woodfine, the operations manager, went above and beyond in making sure we had what we need. We arrived in a large pickup, towing a big trailer, yet he was able to accommodate us and find a parking spot for us. He then helped me out with a scooter rental that was delivered to the hotel before I had a chance to notify him of its arrival. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the hotel restaurant served amazing breakfast and dinner. I can’t recommend the Cadence highly enough. This is where we will stay when we return to Niagara Falls."
