The living and sleeping area features a sliding door and a panoramic window, and is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the roofed terrace. A separate room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, its own shower, and a separate WC, with a private exit leading to the garden. The villa also includes 2 additional rooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms across the property. The 2 bathrooms consist of a shower with WC and a separate WC, ensuring comfortable facilities for all guests. The open kitchen is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a bar area.
