  • The villa consists of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and in double bed, living room: living room, dining room and open kitchen opening onto the outside. Very trendy decoration. Terrace with shaded dining area pool view, facing south-east, 6x3.5 swimming pool equipped with an alarm. Tranquility assured in the city centre, in the oldest street of Cavalaire, a haven of peace 2 steps from the shops, 200m from the beaches, no need for a car.

    Mandatory cleaning fee of 160€.

    Parking space in front of the house.

    Internet, washing machine, high chair and cot, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, sun loungers, deckchairs, etc.

Agréable séjour chez Lydia. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation ainsi que la piscine. La maison est idéalement située, à proximité du centre ville, des restaurants et des plages. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Lydia est très sympathique, disponible et réactive pour répondre à nos questions pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in einer sehr schönen feriengerechten Unterkunft!Super zentrale Lage mitten im Kern von Cavailaire-sur-Mer. In 5 Minuten kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Häuschen mit tollem Pool. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Unsere Gastgeberin Lydia ist absolut zuvorkommend und gibt Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge - vielen lieben Dank dafür!Der Parkplatz im Zentrum ist Gold wert - auch wenn die Sträucher drum herum sehr viel harzen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

La propriétaire est super gentille et arrangeante.L'emplacement de la maison est parfait, elle est très proche du centre ville et donc tout est très facile d'accès à pied.Nous étions 5 dans la maison et tout était très spacieux et bien agencé. La cuisine était très bien équipée. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, ce qui est génial.L'espace de stationnement devant la porte est petit, mais j'ai pu garer facilement notre BMW X5 devant la porte et nous nous sommes arrangés pour utiliser la porte arrière, ce qui n'a absolument posé aucun problème.Le point fort est bien sûr la belle piscine avec chaises longues. S'il y avait beaucoup de vent et que la plage ne pouvait pas être visitée, la piscine était une très bonne solution.Pour nous, les 3 semaines passées dans la maison ont été un excellent séjour et nous serions ravis de revenir.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr gut. Die Bilder der Wohnung scheinen schon etwas älter zu sein, da einige Möbel etwas abgewohnt waren, was jedoch der Gemütlichkeit des Hauses und des Gartens nicht geschadet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles genossen. Das einzige, was etwas schade war, war die Reinigung des Hauses, an einigen Stellen war es ziemlich staubig und hinter den Betten wurde offensichtlich länger nicht gesaugt.

Charmante maison de centre ville tres bien placee avec un tres agreable jardin avec piscine

Emplacement ideal pour visiter St Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Gorbio, port Grimaud. La maison est à qq minutes des commerces et du port.

Parfait pour un séjour à la mi-saison

Maison très bien conçue et très bien placée pour tout faire à pied. Tout est simple. La piscine chauffée est très appréciable quand la mer est encore un peu fraîche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une semaine pour découvrir la côte varoise. Location en plein centre de Cavalaire-sur-Mer bien équipée et disposant d’une piscine chauffée (en supplément ; faire la demande à la réservation). Pas de wifi mais bonne réception 4G.

Un séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location. Location parfaite et bien située en plein centre dans une rue très calme, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, cependant il faut savoir que pour la chauffer, nous avons dû payer un supplément de 50€ à notre départ (supplément non précisé dans l'annonce). Concernant l'horaire du jour de départ, il nous a été indiqué que c'était 10h hors sur l'annonce il est écrit 11h. Nous avons toutefois fort apprécié ce séjour, la maison est vraiment sympathique !

Belle maison avec piscine au centre de cavalaire sur mer

La maison de pleins pieds est rénovée dans une style moderne agrémenté de mobilier des années 50. Nous avons fait un court mais très agréable séjour en hiver et nous avons hâte de revenir pour profiter de la piscine.
