Only 1,2 km from the town center and many shops. Located in an exceptionally calm and tranquil setting. Fantastic view of the Mountains of the Maures. (Le Massif des Maures) 1500 m2 of private, closed, and landscaped garden. The villa, garden and swimming pool are private and not overlooked. Large parking for 4 vehicles in front of the villa. Swimming pool 5 x 10 meters long, 60 cm to 2 meters deep. Alarm protection for young children. Heated at 27°C and filtered with salt. Large terraces 150m2, partially shaded with a roller awning of 7,5 x 3,5 meters. Swimming pool and garden are illuminated at night. Large pergola accommodates 8 to 9 people. Children's games, swing and ping pong table. Outside shower. Coal barbecue. The villa is very light and comfortable. The overall impression and stay is very bad due to the host. At our arrival the host insisted that the air condition was not included despite the fact that the ad at Vrbo stated the opposit. We had to spend two days arguing about the AC and make several calls to Vrbo before the host changed her mind.
