All bedrooms and the indoor living room are air-conditioned. As part of our commitment to responsible tourism and efficient energy management, the recommended air-conditioning setting during summer is 24°C to 25°C. Please note that the system is not intended to maintain indoor temperatures of 19°C–20°C during periods of high outdoor heat.

Fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

Cavalaire-sur-Mer offers all amenities (Carrefour, Provençal market, doctors, bike rental, media library…), its Port (boat rental, sailing club, diving, shuttle to Porquerolles/Port Cros), and various summer activities.

If you wish to rent bed linen and towels, please remember to place your order at least one week before your arrival.
Bed linen and towel set: twenty-five euros per person
Beach towel: eight euros per towel

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
