Mithilfe eines anderen frz. Pärchens, das zufällig gleichzeitig mit uns angereist kam, gelang es uns nach 2 h schließlich, den Schlüssel zu holen. Samstags ist die Agentur geschlossen und über Umwegen (Hauptsitz Foncia Paris) bekamen wir eine Telefonnummer, die SMS wurde darauf erneut geschickt zu dem Handy des frz. Pärchens. Am Montag haben wir dann Foncia agency über unsere frustierte Ankunft informiert. Fakt ist , dass Foncia die Info per SMS auf jeden Fall abgeschickt hat, was wir anhand eines screenshots sehen konnten. Wir hatten diese Info aber nicht erhalten, was wir auch anhand eines screenshots zeigen konnten. Es wurden aber keinerlei Anstrengungen unternommen, den Sachverhalt aufzuklären. Hinzu kam auch noch, dass wir unser Gepäck in die 2\. Etage tragen mussten, da wir auch über die Nutzung des Fahrstuhls keine Information erhalten hatten. (Man musste einen Teil vom Schlüssel an einen speziellen Knopf im Fahrstuhl halten und dann das Stockwerk drücken. )Das haben wir dann aber erst am Montag durch unsere Beschwerde erfahren, dass kann man doch so nicht wissen. Im übrigen war die gesamte Kommunikation mit Foncia nach unserer Buchung sehr mühsam und schleppend Mit dieser Agentur möchten wir in Zukunft nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten müssen. ##### Angela S. Rien ne manque : LV, LL, four, climatisation.. matelas neuf, vaisselle neuve. Centre-ville à 5min à pieds, plages en face. Attention cependant, restaurants au RDC + boulevard de la plage = bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin. Si vous cherchez le calme, c'est raté.
