I’ve worked for the hotels in hawaii and nyc, so the level of hospitality that I’ve experienced at the Springhill Marriot Carle Place has made a loyal client. Thanks to Durell Maddox at the front desk I was able to find a kindred spirit as he also is a brilliant veteran in the hotel industry since 2011. Although I am one to use 3rd party apps like Expedia the staff at the Marriot are always able to convey with eloquence, courtesy and respect the ins snd outs of policy and ability to go above and beyond. Allan guest service agent juggling a million details while two weddings are being hosted by Marriot. He and the rest of the staff are always attentive to the transient guests like myself. Alexa the front desk manager runs a tight ship as I was able to gleam her ability to delegate and deliver. I would be honored to work for her in my younger years as would have learned so much. Looking forward to meeting the general manager Steven as I heard he is amazing while running two properties. Shout out to Vincent as well as the the guest service agents are the face of the hotel If anyone is reading this, make sure to be courteous to your housekeeping staff, as they are the ones that make a hotel run seamlessly
