Triplex 6/7 people with three bedrooms, surface 60 m² with terrace, facing south. On the ground floor, living room with a TV and a sofa. A room with a bed 140 and private bathroom.
Kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster. wood stove (wood not supplied)
Independent toilet in the entrance.
On the floor, a room with a bed in 140.
A bathroom with toilet, washing machine.
A third bedroom with three beds in 90 on the last floor.
An independent ski locker.

Electricity consumption to be paid in supplement according to survey input / output.

This renovated barn is located in the center of Cauterets and quiet, close to all amenities, restaurants, swimming pool, spa, ice rink, cinema, ski hire. 250m from the gondola that takes you to the slopes of the Cirque du Lys, it enjoys a location "everything on foot".

Services in option and at preferential rates: sheets, towels, Wi-Fi box, cot, high chair, Pass 2h at the rock baths (thermoludique).

Excellent séjour, Cauterets est une petite ville dynamique, d'excellents restaurants, tous commerces et un spot parfait pour de belles randonnées. L'équipement de la maison est top, moderne, pratique. Propre et lumineuse. Environnement calme.Nous avons bcp apprécié d’avoir un emplacement de parking, difficile de se gare en haute saison dans le village. Attention, si vous ne louez pas le linge de maison auprès de l'agence, il n'y a rien, pensez à apporter également des torchons et tapis de bain.Deux remarques :Le lit du rdc est trop petit pour 2, c'est dommage, il y la place pour y mettre un plus grand.Malgré la grosse chaleur de ce mois d'août, la maison est restée fraîche, A L'EXCEPTION de la chambre du 2eme etage, une étuve. Il faudrait à minima un ventilateur.
