  • Welcome to our warm and welcoming apartment, located on the 3rd floor of residence 3B (no elevator) in Cauterets, in the heart of the majestic Pyrenees. This spacious 76 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

    The apartment consists of a bright living room with a comfortable lounge area and a friendly dining room, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. The first level also includes a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a separate toilet for added convenience.

    Upstairs, you will discover two communicating bedrooms: the first has a large bed (140 cm) accompanied by a single bed (90 cm), while the second has a large bed (140 cm). This floor also offers a modern bathroom with WC and a washing machine for your comfort.

    Residence 3B benefits from an ideal location, close to the shops, restaurants and attractions of Cauterets. Whether you are looking for snowy descents in winter or picturesque trails in summer, our apartment is a true haven of peace in the mountains.

    A tourist tax is applicable for people over 18 years old and will be charged extra.

Décevant

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble bien placé dans le centre ville. En revanche, plusieurs points sont à signaler : - les parties communes de l'immeuble sont délabrées; - l'appartement n'est pas très agréable à vivre : agencement des pièces, manque de rangements, mauvaise qualité des finitions, literie plus que moyenne, remontées d'odeurs d'égout, mauvaise insonorisation, chaleur sous les toits dès qu'il fait beau. le rapport qualité/prix ne nous a pas paru satisfaisant.
