The lifts to go up in the ski station are 5min walk away. The sleeping arrangement is a bit strange as the 3 rooms are all linked to one another (you have to go through room 1 and 2 to go to room 3, and the second bathroom upstairs is accessible through room 2); it was not a problem for us as we were with family but was a surprise for sure as there's not much privacy. The flat is a bit dated but very clean and big enough with a lot of storage, heaters work great, and kitchen is well equipped.
