It can accommodate 6 guests (adults only), as the house and its surroundings are not suitable for children. You’ll enjoy a 50 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with a TV and sofas
- An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
- A utility room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool measuring 10 m × 4 m, open from 1 May to 1 November. The swimming pool is heated during the following months only: May, June and October. It is also fitted with an alarm
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 2,800 m²
- A 30 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Cauro, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, 20 minutes from Ajaccio and a 10-minute drive from the nearest beaches. The mountains, the river and walking trails are also just 20 minutes away. Everything is close by.

In the village, you’ll find two restaurants, a mini-market and a delicatessen, whilst in Porticcio or Ajaccio you’ll have access to all the other shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets…

Transport: a car is essential; you can park directly on the property’s private grounds (up to two vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
