(1,346 reviews) I have stayed here a few times and the property while nice is looking a bit tired and a bit 1990s. Having said that the rooms are clean and I would stay here again but they need to do some renovations soon. The staff are generally unfriendly but not rude. They just do what they have to do, mind you how difficult is it for them to put up with customers these days. Good solid accommodation but nothing to get excited about. (560 reviews) There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping ….
