"The room is good. Trying to figure out why housekeeping is so loud! All that talking and hollering for each others attention is too much!! They are polite and do an ok job at cleaning. Cleaning the windows and the headboards would be a plus. The doors on the inside where you touch the handles could be wiped off. This place needs a general overhaul cleaning other than that it seems to be great. "

"Felt embarrassed by Breakfast staff First of all they have not issued my breakfast tickets when i checked in( for which i paid). And then when i went to have my breakfast and they asked for a ticket which i didnt have, then i said let me go and get the ticket Then the breakfast lady came running behind me and when i was talking to the receptionist, she was tell her that some thing like “not everyone will get breakfast” and ran inside to get manager By the time, the manager came and asked is there any problem, she gave me breakfast ticket after looking at my resrvation. I felt sooo embarrassed by that breakfast staff. Which i never felt like at any hotels Not even at motels."

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."
