Inside our incredible luxury house each level has a private entrance with an interconnecting staircase. Each level has stylish, comfortable living areas designed for connection and relaxation offering a tremendous retreat for groups or families. With four bedrooms sleeping 9 featuring a king bed, two queen beds, a bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Three full bathrooms with a soaking tub in the master, Making mornings and evenings easy. Two spacious living rooms each having a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or quiet downtime. Upper and lower large covered decks provide an amazing outdoor space for any weather. The serene atmosphere invites you to unwind and enjoy your stay. The upper home features two Large bedrooms, two full baths, a spacious modern kitchen, and a large living room with shuffleboard. The library offers 150+ books, board games and even a guitar for music lovers. The all weather covered deck is 700 sq. ft. with BBQ, outdoor seating, heater, games, and a hot water soaking tub overlooking the river. Enjoy panoramic views of the Columbia, Puget Island, and Oregon as eagles soar above and boats pass below.

The lower home includes a large living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bath, washer and dryer, and a private deck with outdoor seating—ideal for larger groups or extended family members who want their own retreat.
