"I’ll start with the positive. Beautiful space inside and out. Always had plenty of hot water and the grounds were peaceful and lovely. The code we had been given to unlock the keyless door, did not work. This meant we had to call the office to rectify after a VERY long travel day. It was fixed promptly though by the woman on the phone. The mattress was as hard as a rock and neither of us slept well on it all week (in fact I opted for the couch a few nights). "The property itself is lovely & secluded and the location is a 5 minute drive to everything in Sedona. Our room was cute (though there was a broken spring in the middle of the living room floor and NO HANGERS). This room (17) in particular provides a bit of additional lounging space outside along the creek which we took full advantage of - I am glad that we were in this room comparatively. "Perfect place for a romantic getaway for my birthday! Property common areas were well maintained & quiet. The kitchen had all of the essentials provided for us to use. The bathroom had a little bit of water damage around the shower, but we didn’t mind one bit. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a fantastic stay! Our room was clean, well-maintained, and offered the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway, and the hot tubs by the river were the highlight of our evenings—nothing beats soaking under the stars with the sound of the water nearby. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with great amenities, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Gorgeous home with stunning views off the deck. Such a joy to wake up and watch the sunrise light up the massive red rock formations and listen to the birds over coffee. And then to do it again at sunset as the light changes during golden hour. The house is beautifully appointed and the private community makes for relaxing walks, plus convenience to the nearby Oak Creek community. A super short and scenic drive to Sedona, but without all the traffic and chaos of staying in Sedona proper. So...
